Carville Park Apartments

LR Contracting Company is leading the comprehensive rehabilitation of Carville Park Senior Apartments, a 208-unit Section 8 community in Reno, Nevada. This 100% union-built project is the property’s first major modernization since 1978 and will generate nearly $80 million in total economic impact. By exporting our Midwest-rooted expertise in complex affordable housing, we are ensuring high-quality living for the region’s senior population.

Poplar Place

Related Midwest and LR Contracting unveiled a comprehensive plan to preserve and rehabilitate 100 affordable residences at Poplar Place in Springfield, IL. The 23-acre community is undergoing a positive transformation with revitalized modern homes. Residents are also receiving a new community center and playground, providing them and their families new spaces to come together in the neighborhood.

400 Lake Shore

250 concrete trucks delivered 9 million pounds of foundation to form the foundation of 400 Lake Shore's north tower. Led by LR Contracting Company and BOWA Construction teams, the concrete pour for the mat foundation of the building averaged a delivery every 2 minutes for 12 hours straight.
