Building and supporting thriving communities

It's in our DNA

Related started exclusively as an affordable housing developer in 1972 and today is one of the largest developers and preservationists of affordable and workforce housing in the country. Currently, we own and manage 55,000 affordable and workforce housing apartment homes and are proud to have never converted a single unit of affordable housing to market rate.

What sets us apart

Equity in Design

We strive to ensure our developments set new standards for creative design and financing and add value to the neighborhoods in which they are located. We don't believe that design excellence should be sacrificed when it comes to affordable housing.

The Impact of affordable housing
