Related Realty Appoints Patrick Ryan as Senior Vice President

CHICAGO (July 14, 2016) — Related Realty, the residential brokerage division of Related Midwest, today announced the promotion of Patrick Ryan to senior vice president of the Chicago-based firm. In his new position, Ryan, who joined Related Realty in 2014, will lead broker recruitment, training and retention efforts while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the full-service brokerage as it expands its presence in Chicago’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

A veteran broker with career sales exceeding $200 million, Ryan joined Related Realty in 2014 after spending 10 years at @properties. He has received the Top Producer Award from the Chicago Association of REALTORS each year since 2006, and in 2015, was honored with the Outstanding Achievement Award by the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, among other industry accolades. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Indiana University and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation that only 3 percent of Realtors worldwide hold.
