Related Midwest Unveils The Grant

Condo high rise offers Related’s best-in-class residential experience in the South Loop

(CHICAGO) July 9, 2013 – Adding to its legacy of creating iconic luxury residential buildings in Chicago, developer Related Midwest announces the unveiling of its full redesign and reimagining of The Grant, a 54-story condominium tower that is the marquee property of the South Loop Luxury by Related collection.

Located at 1201 South Prairie Avenue and named for its proximity to Grant Park, The Grant is one of three previously stalled South Loop towers taken over by Related Midwest last year and relaunched this spring as the South Loop Luxury by Related collection.
