Marron Kilworth serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Related Midwest, overseeing all operational functions, including workplace strategy and corporate services, technology, human resources in partnership with corporate HR, workforce planning, and compensation strategy and program execution.
Kilworth brings extensive operational experience, including international roles in the United Kingdom and New Zealand prior to joining Related Midwest. She supports the cancer program at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and is a supporter of the CatWalk Spinal Cord Injury Trust. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
