Margaret Cremin is a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Related Midwest. In this role, she serves as the primary legal counsel and is responsible for all legal operations of the company and its projects, including Quantum Shore Chicago, the firm's 440-acre master-planned innovation district in South Chicago; The 78, a 62-acre master plan along the Chicago River; and 400 Lake Shore, a pair of residential towers at the confluence of Lake Michigan and the Chicago River.
Prior to joining Related, Cremin served as Transactions Counsel at Revantage Corporate Services, supporting Blackstone Real Estate on transactions across a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, senior housing and hospitality. Before moving in-house, Cremin was Counsel in the real estate group of McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
Cremin holds a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Carleton College and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and New York.
