Dan Tennett is Vice President of Construction of Related Midwest, overseeing construction operations of mixed-use, residential and commercial projects in the Related portfolio.
Thus far, Dan has managed the construction of over 1 billion dollars’ worth of physical construction and over a half a billion square feet of physical build out. Dan has over 20 years of experience leading construction activity in the Chicago area. He is proud to have directly managed millions of safe man hours in a dynamic construction environment.
Among the projects to which Tennett has contributed his considerable expertise are the renovation and reimagination of the historic Lathrop community along the Chicago River; One Bennett Park, the Robert A.M. Stern-designed residential tower; Campbell Terrace in Logan Square on Chicago’s Northwest Side; and 900 Randolph in Chicago's West Loop Fulton Market District.
Tennett received his bachelor’s degree in professional studies from Roosevelt University and holds a Certificate in Project Management from Loyola University of Chicago.
