Andrew Pilipczuk is a Vice President of Construction at Related Midwest, overseeing construction operations of The 78, a 62-acre mixed-use neighborhood development along the South Branch of the Chicago River, and 725 Randolph, a 1 million-square-foot lifestyle office tower at the gateway to Fulton Market.
A veteran construction executive with nearly three decades of experience across a wide range of project types and sizes, Pilipczuk’s expertise spans all aspects of preconstruction and construction operations management. He joined Related Midwest from Turner Construction Company, where he most recently served as Project Executive. His work at Turner contributed to the safe, profitable execution of recent major builds, including the Supercomputer Building and Infrastructure at Argonne National Laboratory and the expansion of Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital.
Pilipczuk holds a Master of Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, with a focus in infrastructure, from Clarkson University. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Illinois and holds credentials from the FMI Leadership Institute, American Society for Health Care Engineering's (ASHE) Healthcare Construction Certificate program and OSHA's 30-hour safety training.
