On Juneteenth, Related Midwest was proud to attend the 3rd Annual Chicago Aldermanic Black Caucus Foundation's Juneteenth Scholarship Soirée. As a sponsor of the event, Related supported 10 scholarships of $2,500 for Black graduating high school seniors in Chicago to help ease the burden of tuition, room and board, and book expenses during their freshman year of college.

Scholarships like these are key to ensuring Black students have the resources they need to succeed during their higher education journeys. The awards are renewable for four years and are available to graduating Chicago high school seniors pursuing a four-year degree from an accredited university.

Related Midwest is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in Chicago and beyond. We’re especially honored to celebrate Black excellence this Juneteenth by participating in the Chicago Aldermanic Black Caucus Foundation's Juneteenth Scholarship Soirée, and we can’t wait to see what these brilliant students achieve next.
