Related Midwest unveiled the name and detailed design of The Row Fulton Market, 43-story, 300-unit residential high rise in the heart of Chicago's historic Fulton Market District. The Row will place residents steps form the city's famed Restaurant Row, as well as leading employers that have helped establish Fulton Market as one of the fastest-growing businesses and cultural centers in the U.S. Opening in June, The Row will offer generous convertible, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, including penthouses, all with sweeping views of the surrounding cityscape, and a full suite of amenities informed by how today's renters live, work, and recreate. 

In collaboration with The Department of Housing and The Chicago Housing Authority, Related broke ground on Roosevelt Square Phase 3B, part of the innovative, master-planned, 160-acre development. Formerly the site of the ABLA public housing project, Roosevelt Square is Related's multiphase, mixed-income development that will ultimately bring more than 2,000 new housing units to Chicago's Near West Side. 

The Related Affordable Foundation, Related Midwest, and After School Matters, a nonprofit organization that provides life-changing after-school and summer program opportunities to nearly 19,000 Chicago teens each year have announced a new youth-led summer mural project in a continuation of their 10-year partnership. Teens worked collaboratively at Millennium Park to create this year’s mural for the HIRE360 warehouse titled “Building Chicago Together” showcasing the strength and skill of Chicago’s workers like those launching their careers or small businesses thanks to HIRE360’s workforce development support.
