The Cleveland Arcade

Originally built in 1890, and the 9th building placed on the National Historic Register of Landmarks, the historic Cleveland Arcade was approaching complete vacancy and redundancy when Related Midwest in partnership with Hyatt Development restored this historic jewel in a $60 million undertaking. It is now home to a 293-room Hyatt Regency Hotel and 45,000 square feet of retail space. The revitalization of this magnificent landmark has served as a catalyst for further economic development in downtown Cleveland.
